Exam nerves

Ever had those butterflies in the stomach and the worrying thoughts like:  "Will I get the right questions?"; "I wish I had done more revision". Or you have done all the revision but suddenly your mind goes blank and the exam questions are all gobbledegook.

These are signs of exam nerves and stress that may be familiar to you. You do need a certain amount of nervous tension to perform to the best of your ability, but too much anxiety can block thoughts and make your mind go blank. This can make you panic and produce a poor exam performance.

Knowing how to relax and overcome performance anxiety is invaluable in getting good exam results and I can help you with that.

Client feedback:

Dear Neil

How I wish I had met you in my first year at university. I have just
had my final exam results and I got a 2:1. My final exams were a
breeze
and I got the best results in my four- year degree course. I am
sure that the techniques you taught me will be of great use in future
life.

Thank you so much.

Jean Simmons
